Very fast-paced workplace that was stressful at times but you do gain the knowledge of time-management and increased organizational skills. Workplace culture in-store was very clique like. Management in-store is sub-par, some managers are great and hard-working and some managers have preferences towards employs and it shows. Enjoyed my experience there but if I return to work for Zara it would be in the head office.
Zara est un bon travail pour étudiants qui travaille maximum 2 jours, mais côté salaire c’est très mauvais pour tout ce que nous faisons, nous devons nous occuper du service client, des livraisons de vêtements ( 6h am ) ainsi que les commandes en ligne à un salaire de 13$.. Beaucoup de tâches à faire pour peux d’employés, mauvaise ambiance de travail et mauvaise gestion.

I learnt former job to be patient and collaborative my coworkers One thing hardest into zara warehouse was small area Not easy move pallet or cages shipments I had not stop retail and clean clothes and organized when the costumers were tried I felt enjoyed with my coworkers and meet new people they are from different cultures we were friendly did not annoyed with hardworking
Zara is a complicated. It has its ups and downs, but its a good job during school as a student but I would not recommend working their full time. The management is alright and the culture is good. The people are nice but some of them can be problematic and the customers are sweet depending on the season but overall the job is alright.

J'ai travaillée au Zara carrefour Laval et c'est le meilleur magasin pour moi. La direction est très compréhensive, elle s'implique énormément et essaye d'être à l'écoute de son équipe et des clients. Zara garde sa réputation au personnel "hautain" mais quand vous regardez de plus près on est agréable n'oublions pas qu'on a une clientèle exigeante et assez difficile. les opportunités d'évolution sont présentes avec persévérance et rigueur. l'aspect le plus agréable c'est mon équipe avant tout rayons "kids" et le plus difficile à mes yeux c'est la clientèle.
I loved working there, and because of my position that I had there, I was so happy to work with the head office team they were so helpful, and I learnt a lot from this company.
De façon générale, l'environnement de travail est bien, l'emploi est stimulant et nous pousse à se dépasser. Une chose décevante, c'est le fait que certains employés travaillent moins que d'autre, et conséquemment, la charge de travail est plus grande pour ceux qui font le travail correctement. Le « management » est bien, les gérants sont à l'écoute des employés. C'est sur que Zara est un emploi stressant, de par le sentiment de rapidité, mais c'est ce qui rend l'emploi aussi stimulant.
the management is great they really care, a typical day at work is busy and busy but overall is great. they really care about other people's cultures and religions. the hardest part of working there, well for me I didn't find anything hard the most enjoyable part of the job the customers and the job itself was fun and enjoyable for me.
when i was first hired by Zara, i was hired by a manager that really considered the willingness of the candidate to work and be a part of their team. As the company grew and more workers were required, the hiring process became more and more about the availability of the people who can work at the company and less about their conviction to the job. Peope's qualifications or interest of working for the company were overlooked thus a high turnover rate. I was very committed as well as invested with the company and saw myself working there for the long run. However, as time progressed, i saw the culture it had become and the quality of work my coworkers produced, and my motivation diminished because I was working on my own standard. While overall the company and management were great, especially if youre a seasoned staff, I think there are values that the company seem to have thrown into the window soon as they got bigger and bigger
