If you get a group interview, do not hesitate to raise your hand and answer questions. They ask you what do you about the company's history, the current trends, and how well did you handle customers at your other jobs. Just be professional and be yourself.
Pretty easy just talk bout customer service
Lots of talking show egarness a
Very good; manager sat down and asked basic retail questions.
I did a group interview, I was nervous at first, but it's not as bad as it sounds. She asked simple questions like; your past retail experience or customer service experiences?, what is your clothing style?, what celebrity would you say you look up to when it comes to fashion?, how would you deal with a conflict with a customer?, Your strengths and weakness?... It is also best to look up the company prior to the interview.
