Not a good place to work if you would like to be respected!

The managers there do not know how to respect their employees and even each other. They usually just shout at everyone, even at each other. It is a very stressful working environment to be in. One even cursed at me on the floor in front of all the customers. Really bad workplace culture to be honest. Some of the co-workers are nice, but some others treat me like whatever!

Stressful working environment and poorly paid

The instructions were unclear, and they expected you to figure things out on your own without much guidance. New employees were put on training for months. but doing the same job as the regular servers, so the company could pay them less. And even when you became a server, you didn't make much in tips because the company took a big chunk compared to other places.

Fast paced enviornment

They didn't give proper instruction to new staff but they expect you to know everything without providing training to you. I was so stressful working for them.

Negative environment to work in

Owner and senior management has no trust in employees and management. Also does not follow labour laws. Overworking staff no overtime paid. Very bad in house accounting practices. Do not work here.

Management is very rude, hostile and unwilling to help you.

This was the worst job that I have ever had and I barely worked there for over a month due to rude management and condescending behaviour. They make you feel dumb and embarrass you for asking for help and yell at you over the radio when making a mistake or asking to repeat themselves over the headset. Keep in mind that many other staffs members are also on the headset and can hear you. When asking...
