Pay doesn’t reflect effort put in

Working with young guns is a very physical job where pay often times does not reflect the work put in. They use a productivity based pay system rather than an hourly which is ineffective as those who aren’t on a managers salary will make very poor money some days for very tough work put in.Days and hours worked are extremely inconsistent, they use an app to plan the working schedule for the week...

Not the best

It’s a short term job for active and young individuals who are able to have really fast and effective work ethic, otherwise you will be criticized. Its repetitive and tiring for sure so I wouldn’t call it a long term job.

Forces you to work fast everyday.

Only apply if you can work fast throughout the shift. They don’t pay as they used to pay a year ago. Supervisors talk waay too rudely. Would not recommend to anyone.

Very misleading

Everything about this this company is very misleading. While working there I was misled on the pay I was gonna get misled on the hours I will be working. And often we'll have to put two extra hours a day for the same pay

pay is good. no job security. they might not give you hours. no benefits. Job hours are flexible to be fair. Pay doesnt seem worth the effort. You'll go home tired everyday
