Wasteful
If you want to waste your time, this organization is the best: low salary, loads of useless stupid work, waste of time and materials, disrespectful managers and supervisors, insane procedures and processes, etc. Lots of paperwork and details. The highest promotion on your low payments is $1 an hour in one year after a lot of audit and observation. Unlike their ads (shine), it is the best place to ...

Managers have no clue what’s going on at most of the centers. Everyone is left to their own devices… aka they get paid to scroll on their phones. If you care about the children be prepared to do all of the work and more which will lead to an unhealthy work/life balance. And they don’t provide proper training to new staff.
