Within the membership it is open to all the eqipments, classes, and facilities within the company.

They get too much government funding and they abuse the fact that they get a ton of $$$$$$$$$ from the government. If they didn't get money from the government, they would not be able to exist without increasing their already expensive memberships to 4x the amount. One day they will be gone cause their executive team members keep lining their pockets while pushing down the roles that actually do the work to make the place a success.

Part of the interview is question and answer based and the other half is interactive with the kids. Be prepared to situate yourself so you can see all corners of the room and all kids, be willing to help kids problem solve, and interact freely with the children. Come prepared to think on the spot of activities that you could based on themes in the classroom and how to solve issues that could arise in daily interactions.
