Stressful work environment
Worked as a ECE The job itself is very stressful, kids will often times not listen to you, and some kids will even try to harm you and other kids. Management is very disorganized and does not train employees properly, and doesn’t give concrete solutions and strategies to solving problems on the job. overall wouldn’t recommend working here at this location.

Fun Place to Work
The job is amazing, never a dull moment. One downside is the low pay which is minimum wage for regular counsellors. Free membership that works for all YMCA's in Canada at least.
