Training would be a good start. People are expected to start here with zero previous experience and work at a level of someone with 5 years, then if they don't succeed (which they don't), you show them the door. Pay people for what they work. If you're paying an animator $700 a week, yet making them stay 60+ hours a week, you do the math. That's waaayyyyy less than minimum wage. It's insulting I don't see this company lasting another 2 years tops..
