Working at Yaya Foods is totally a good start I learned lot of things, especially how to run the machine do all troubleshooting. Management are nice too they always encourage me and help me and appreciated my efforts at the company. My teammates and team leader are working each other we have the so called teamwork. In summary I can say that the company is a productive to work for.

I only got little busy days not the typical for me as i can can handle pressure easily. I boost up my confidence and i learned a-lot about GMP rules and the processing of products.Management is very niece and cooperative in yaya.The workplace culture is very attractive as there is no difference between cultures here.I always tackle my problems so according to me ,there is no hard part of my job .When i solve my issues then i enjoy that part of my job.

We are glad that you had the opportunity for overtime work when desired, but disappointed that you felt that it was sometimes too much.While it can be a fast-paced working environment, we ensure our employees are free from work for at least an hour of each shift, as regulated by the ESA. We understand that 12-hour shifts can be strenuous and want to ensure that all employees have sufficient time to rest. While there are opportunities for overtime, it is not mandatory. With a continental shift pattern, individuals are scheduled for 3-4 shifts a week, allowing them time off to spend with family or friends.As well, we conduct annual performance reviews to ensure that we are recognizing and rewarding our employee's hard work, to ensure that we are building a culture that values our team member's achievements.At Ya YA Foods, our employees are at the heart of our success, and we work hard to ensure they feel supported and valued.
