They have a great name and reputation in Europe and in the USA but look closely to the Canadian comments... Scary! Especially their Last Mile division! No onboarding process, no training, no work culture, cheap Swedish table as a desk, no values and very poor management, you will meet a new manager every 6-12 months and a new colleague almost every month, not because the business is growing or because they are bad but because they have enough! Good luck if you are joigning XPO Last Mile Canada inc.
