Was 7.5 regular hours. But often had to work well beyond that. Even bring work home and weekends periodically too. Salary based. No overtime pay unless ok’d by management which was rare. Banked hours . Overage in time worked with no pay to cover it.

Interview process is related to customer support or sales. Usually 2 managers or more, basic interview questions are designed to determine what your thought process is like. Good to give examples when answering questions to show your previous experience.

Very low moral overall. Dog eat dog work environment. High stress, Hard to get a decent raise.

Give people who currently work there a pay raise before you give new hires the pay raise. And let the company know that you are currently hiring at a higher pay rate.
