Forward thinking company with a great young energy

Firstly, I will say that Xaxis does a wonderful job of nurturing young talent and turning it into a long-term investment. The hierarchy of management typically allows for easy access to superiors without having too many other people in the way.
However, their new merger left a lot of people in positions they were not suited for, which left many of the younger employees with superiors who knew little to nothing about what their underlings' jobs included. The talent settles at the bottom, while the higher-ups tend to be acquisitions from other companies, and they don't always do the best job of illustrating specific business plans.
Xaxis is a great brand overall and their products are the best in the business. Their quality control is superb and I got to work closely with tech support and account management, both of which did wonderful, thoughtful, thorough work. The client is at the top of the totem pole and everyone in the company combines efforts to make them happy. I worked in an environment in which I could truly be proud of the work I did.
