Lowsy company. Lack of management. Owner no idea how to manage

Owner is always hovering around every employee just to find mistakes but not to train or eliminate root cause. Everyone holds their knowledge, no culture or not imposed by company to have a succession plan. Someone is missing, the complete production gets halted. Too much politics , many employees close friends from owners wife that just jeopardizes work environment, trust and job quality. No SAP...

Can’t be happier with my employer

I love X-Act, otherwise I won’t be here for over 2 years now. I work with amazing people on the production floor, they are all very supportive and caring. Management is also very supportive and fair. Job is stable, we haven’t had any major layoff even during Covid. Lots of training options, including IPC and iso. Pay is above market average.

Hi, I have been with Xact for almost 4.5 years, working different positions on the floor and front. I have seen it all. Great team of coworkers!

I enjoyed working there during the 3.5 years I was with xact. My coworkers were very nice and very supportive. Production management was often disorganised, but we liked our team leader and recent hr.

Not a bad place to work

Overall not a bad place to work. Reasonable pay, nice co-workers, opportunities to grow if there is enough business and company is doing well. Learned a lot.
