Butcher (Former Employee) –  Chiswick and Chelsea, London1 August 2017
Typically days start smoothly with a constant view to the task at hand. The management are very knowledgeable, and always happy to give guidance if you ask. A certain amount of skill is required and a high standard is expected from your work. Again, management are always happy to help with this. The staff are friendly and can be enjoyable to work with. The hours can be long, and busy periods are seasonal, but working as a team always makes things run smoothly.

Caregiver/Med. Leader (Former Employee) –  Pewaukee, WI25 September 2013
Assisted residents in the morning with daily hygiene and getting dressed, passed medications and prepared and served meals. Gathered all residents that wanted to do activities. Hardest part is in this type of more like home setting its harder not to get to attached to a resident and there family. The most enjoyable part was seeing smiling faces even though many residents have a hard time giving up there own home but when you can make it close to it for them and making someone smile.
Pros
flexablity
