My interview was a long time ago, but it was in-depth. A single interview with the HR manager and the Director of IT in the Saint John NOC. This was followed by comprehensive personality/aptitude testing. It was really quite painless.
I hadn’t been given a day off for over a month. I had a doctors appointment but was threatened to be fired if I didn’t show up by after lunch, on my scheduled day off. I showed up and then the owner proceeded to complain to the head housekeep. I then learned that they try to fire you or make you quit once 3 months is getting close.

What would you suggest Wyndham Destinations management do to prevent others from leaving?
The Management needs to train their front counter staff on how to talk to the workers. (Housekeepers). Some are not so very nice. I was working at this location and got so upset that i had to quit.
