The manager and supervisor yelled at me almost everyday. They kicked me out from the organisation after I worked so hard to bring benefit for the company. I was excluded from the employee get to gathers, party and dinner/lunch. Although I send the invitation to the staff, these cruel people did not send me. There was no invitation for me. I could only have it forwarded from the others and then do the reminders for all. hen they party, I looked after the office and calls. And finally, they let me go by sending a letter saying I resigned the job, so I have to leave. Actually, they thought how they are treating me, I have left already.

Great career company

Co-workers are all great team players and there is room to grow and move within the company with support from managers to achieve goals. Colleagues are great resources when help or answers are required with unfamiliar tasks. Training is highly recommended and available so that we can obtain all the skills required to do our jobs the most efficient and professional way.

Terrible experience

Administration Assistant (Former Employee) - Calgary - 4 April 2017

I would not recommend working here. HR provides no help to new employees and could care less how you settle into your new position. IT is very slow to react or assist if you were having problems. Several of the managers I encountered were terrible leaders with very poor people skills. I also question the fact that you are required to work 1 extra hour a day to earn 2 Fridays off a month which works to their benefit as you work more than they give you off.

Typical Day

Daily routine of signing people in, answering the phones and directing people to who they were looking for. Looking after stationary/coffee supplies, and ordering when needed. Organizing monthly safety meetings and taking the minutes and distributing them in a timely manner.

work environment/employees were very positive. no room for advancement. Company's level of organization/lower management was lacking. freedom to organize company activities/team building events. The people I worked with/for was the most enjoyable part of the job.
