Productive Workplace

Very casual environment. Seems like a good place to work. It's still small so lots of room to grow. For a start-up, they seem to have good potential, though. I met with the head of sales and we seemed to have a good conversation about the position and how I could be successful in the role.

Not an ideal place for a young professional

Electrical Design Engineer (Former Employee) - Markham, ON - 29 May 2018

The company doesn't provide many advancement opportunities for younger staff. My experience working in the buildings department was mostly negative. While, the quality of work was OK, the salary and career development opportunities were non-existent. They also seem to have a culture of mass layoffs every year which makes it difficult to trust your career there.

Very heads down environment. A lot of issues among staff that created a negative vibe. Manager was not qualified for the postion and therefore did not manage well. Senior Management was great and helpful however kept a blind eye.

Payroll Administrator (Current Employee) - Markham, ON - 26 August 2015

The company has expanded substantially over the past 10 years via the acquisition of many companies as well as hiring junior and senior staff where needed to make this company a one-stop shopping experience for engineering needs. Processing payroll within Ontario for the 1,000 employees was an exciting task with a consistent flow of day-to-day duties with special projects added as required by management.
