Great coworkers, average pay, stressful work

The company has a lot of talented and wonderful people, the work environment between employees is professional and people treat each other well. I would say a big issue lies with upper management, they pretend to care about your happiness, well-being, and the quality of work but they don’t, they care about making money and if that means they can squeeze a person to the brink and forego providing proper resources to get jobs done properly, they will. Upper management needs to pay attention to building high functioning, organized, and well resourced teams. The company is huge but sometimes it can feel like you’re working for a start up because you’re just trying to figure out how to make a project work without adequate resources, staffing, process support, and senior talent. Turnover is high.
