Good working culture and conditions but some aspects of the firm are compartmentalized

i have found that the expertise at the firm is really quite good so far. and the work culture is good (having a supportive manager helps in that) but the firm seems a bit siloed.

Great work culture

Lots to learn, different kind of project to learn from and overtime decent overtime.Gets slow in winter, which I think is the same everywhere. Option to bank your time too
