Best staff ever

The contract administrator team for the MTO project has the best team members ever. All are supportive and helpful.Compensation is decent too, this is one of the few companies that actually give you a work-life balance.

Good working culture and conditions but some aspects of the firm are compartmentalized

i have found that the expertise at the firm is really quite good so far. and the work culture is good (having a supportive manager helps in that) but the firm seems a bit siloed.
