Used to be good

Have been here for many years. It used to be a great company to work for, now that they have expanded it is not so good. Management are people trying to steer a ship with their ego instead of their reasoning... Sorry to sound negative but it is so true, it has changed for the worse and although the work is plentiful and diversified I would not really recommend it like I would in the past. Only the remote offices have decent culture and regard for their employees.
