Highly dependant on which department you work for (i.e. who your department manager is and/or who your project manager is), but there seems to be several managers that micro-manage too excessively, and have their favorites (treatment of employees in not always fair). Most people are alright to work with (there is a degree of teamwork/collaboration, etc), but if you happen to work for a bad Project Manager and/or department manager - start looking elsewhere as they can make your life very unpleasant.
Most people are great, pay and benefits are OK.
Management is micro-managerial with unrealistic expectations. If you run out of work, you're sent home and you must use your vacation time.

The company doesn't provide many advancement opportunities for younger staff. My experience working in the buildings department was mostly negative. While, the quality of work was OK, the salary and career development opportunities were non-existent.
They also seem to have a culture of mass layoffs every year which makes it difficult to trust your career there.
