OK place to work

Highly dependant on which department you work for (i.e. who your department manager is and/or who your project manager is), but there seems to be several managers that micro-manage too excessively, and have their favorites (treatment of employees in not always fair). Most people are alright to work with (there is a degree of teamwork/collaboration, - more ... etc), but if you happen to work for a bad Project Manager and/or department manager - start looking elsewhere as they can make your life very unpleasant. - less
ProsMost people are great, pay and benefits are OK.
ConsManagement is micro-managerial with unrealistic expectations. If you run out of work, you're sent home and you must use your vacation time.
