Over worked and underpaid
Field Service Technician (Former Employee) –  Alberta31 August 2017
Been with this company for years, they do not care about their employees at all. They have people and managers that should not be in their positions...any one who has been working for them for a while can see how down hill this company has gone.. do yourself a favour and go to a different company there are lots of them with better equipment better wages better benefits and a lot more support from management
Pros
Can't think of any
Cons
Over worked under paid and never appreciate

Average Job
Equipment Operator (Former Employee) –  Conklin, AB27 February 2016
Days and Nights rotation - 20 days camp 10 days out

I learned how to operate a frontend loader and backhoe, implement different attachments, and time management became a skill

Management was lacking

Co-workers were generally good to work with

Hardest part of my job was being given to many tasks that needed to be completed in a short period of time. Maintenance on equipment difficult to attain with few tools and supplies

Most enjoyable part of the job was learning new skills, completing tasks efficiently as requested, when things ran smoothly, and working with co-workers

Hoe Operator (Current Employee) –  Leduc, AB5 March 2015
Its a decent company but tough work environment. Its good dealing with the company but can be a difficult environment working with rig hands all the time.
