Hoe Operator - Drill Rig (Current Employee) – Leduc, AB – 22 October 2017
As I am new with Wrangler - I haven't been around long enough to get any of the long term jobs. The rate of pay is good but the hours are not regular - there's no guarantee of steady employment. Quite often since July 2017, the ground has been too soft to put the drill rig in. So I end up sitting around a lot, waiting for a call to go to work.
Field Service Technician (Former Employee) – Alberta – 31 August 2017
Been with this company for years, they do not care about their employees at all. They have people and managers that should not be in their positions...any one who has been working for them for a while can see how down hill this company has gone.. do yourself a favour and go to a different company there are lots of them with better equipment better wages better benefits and a lot more support from management
