Productive with perks
Was excited to work there, but the time lines set out for job completion are for the most part are not realistic, if all the crew members were experienced, the time line's can be met. Friendly environment, management is friendly and approachable.

They will steal money from you
Don't fall for their lies. They make you work a "budget" system. They will tell you this means you will get bonus hours. You won't. You will regularly work very hard for 8-10 hours and average being paid 5-7. If you have any skill, you will be picking up all the slack for all the no experience painters they have.Toxic environment, and it's designed to take advantage of everyone. There is a reason why they go through 10+ sales guys and 40+ painters every year. No one stays, everyone says it is the worst place. Literally no one who has worked there and left has anything good to say. There is a reason for that.

A very collaborate, and supportive and dynamic work culture and team
I can say that this is the best group of people I have worked with in my career. Everyone is dedicated, passionate, supportive and love to work toward common goals. And along the way, it is filled with laughs, friendships and a lot of fun. The WOW team is all about Bigger and Better Together

Fast paced, productive, and fun workplace
I absolutely loved working at Wow. The work can be physically taxing and difficult, but it's so worth it to see everything you've accomplished at the end of the day. My boss was fantastic and devoted to his staff and clients. Jobs were fun and challenging and there was always something new and exciting to look forward to.
