This isn't a job... it's a business opportunity

Most people come into WFG with an employee mentality. That won't work there. It's a business opportunity. You determine your hours, salary and everything else through your efforts. If you want a paycheck and a 9-5, find something else. If you want to become a business owner and design your future yourself.... this is the place to do it.

It's an MLM scam-based insurance company. That should tell you all you need to know.

Good luck accomplishing anything career-wise here if you don't actively recruit people into the kool-aid party. When I left back in 2016, the compensation scheme was so dependent on recruiting people that were going to make sales that they would tell you straight up that you were not going to succeed there if you had a problem with recruiting people and getting them to shell out the typical MLM joining fee. And if you quit? Yea, their head office will drum up some bogus outstanding fees that you owe just to try and milk a bit more cash out of you on the way out. They also train their people to try and sell everyone Universal Life policies, because that's what compensates them the best, regardless of the fact that for most people out there they're not the right product for them.

Amazing opportunity for those looking to test out the Financial Services industry!

There is no better company than WFG if you've ever wanted to learn what it would be like to work in financial services. You start on a part-time basis and work at your own pace - some leaders will encourage faster paces but it's still up to you. It is fully commission, which is why starting part-time is key, and their system is very strong with building up your business even while you're still working on your license. They care deeply about making sure people are getting paid as soon as possible. Because this is commission only and you're effectively running your own independent business, you can't expect results if you're not putting in the work. I've now been working with this company for about 5 years, I still consider myself working on a part-time basis so I can focus on family priorities first and I can still make at least $35k-$40k/year. It will take some time to learn the skills to do that, but as long as you're willing to learn you can have whatever results you want out of it.

Well, it's a MLM company

Good place for getting familiar with how everything works, do not expect high money at the beginning. It is a MLM company, so many of your family and friends can and will brand you as ' that guy' , so, there you have it.
