Decent experience
Not the most rewarding job, but people tend to move up quick internally. Plenty of opportunities, but overall workplace culture can feel like it is lacking at times

Micromanagement and toxic work environment
Very stressful, outdated legacy software, no innovation possible, departments work in silos. Very little interaction between peers after Covid. Colonial mentality.

Stressful and Bureaucratic
Highly avoidable and total bureaucratic where Supervisors and Managers calls the shot you are micromanaged and your previous talent is ignored, all you are required to do is follow the laid down procedures with eyes closed. If you want to be micromanaged in life and get an average salary you are welcome to join. Only good thing is the extended benefits.

Great place to work!
Company has a great work environment to work!Teams are good and everyone makes an effort to welcome you. However, since it is a crown corporation sometimes there can be a LOT of work or very LITTLE work. It all comes in waves.

Good place to work
Good Place To Work. Work culture is nice. The support provided by the managers and supervisors are commendable. Quite a challenging role as you have to do a lot of calculations with terms of legal actions.
