Unrealistic and unattainable goals
Case Manager (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON18 September 2018
While I enjoyed the skills needed to do the position, the position was determined to be capped at 40 cases; however, I had 88 cases when I left the main stream role of Case Manager. Despite this caseload, I was still required to meet timelines. The timelines themselves were not unrealistic and I did support them; however, more then double the case load rendered it a stressful challenge.

Great place to work.
Work load is demanding but co-workers and management always ready to assist.
Great job satisfaction with the job well done. Downfall is that not all clients can be satisfied which is the nature of the business but can be difficult to deal with at times.
Pros
Great work environment. Good management and continued education is encouraged.

Caseload can be large.
