Unrealistic and unattainable goals

While I enjoyed the skills needed to do the position, the position was determined to be capped at 40 cases; however, I had 88 cases when I left the main stream role of Case Manager. Despite this caseload, I was still required to meet timelines. The timelines themselves were not unrealistic and I did support them; however, more then double the case load rendered it a stressful challenge.
