The staff get along really well. Unfortunately few people want to move to management so sometimes they don't have the best managers. They tend to micro manage.

Fast paced and at times stressful where work/life balance was difficult but not completely out of reach. It was the awesome team I was working with that made coming into work a pleasure.

We set up new pace of work. We started taking backups of each activity of what we are doing daily and documented what we learned from each stories as project as a whole. As you know this is government funded public sector unionized company. So as per nature of management work policy it is slow as always. But we are capable to turn the work pace little faster so that the cost of budget gets minimize and so that company budget policy gets improved and increase revenue at the end of fiscal year. We are the trend setter.

Nothing really, they are so nice to work for.
