We set up new pace of work. We started taking backups of each activity of what we are doing daily and documented what we learned from each stories as project as a whole. As you know this is government funded public sector unionized company. So as per nature of management work policy it is slow as always. But we are capable to turn the work pace little faster so that the cost of budget gets minimize and so that company budget policy gets improved and increase revenue at the end of fiscal year. We are the trend setter.

Initially I was alone selected for this project where there are 27 user story all together and the application tool was new to me. At the same time I have to attain KT session and hands on practice (shadowing) and on the other hand to attain review meeting of all those 27 stories. But I nicely handle both situation showing my time management skill.
