The most terrible place I've ever worked.
Accounting Coordinator (Former Employee) –  Kitchener, ON12 December 2019
The most terrible place I've ever worked. No respect, no HR doesn't care of you and don't do their job simply ignoring you if you have issues. Great disrespect from management, your overtime is taken for granted. Overtime is considered normal on a daily basis, so if you work a few hours OT every day, nobody will appreciate it. OT is not paid for salaried people. Would never recommend to any one to work there. It was my nightmare to work there and I am glad I quit, should have done it earlier.
Pros
decent benefits
Cons
never ending overtime and management disrespect

Teamwork of management was very apparent. The balance between work life and home ws very difficult. At times their would be extra meetings with little notice.

Ok place to work
Production Worker (Current Employee) –  Woodbridge, ON2 December 2019
Salary is ok, weekly pay. If they have a good management it would be a great place for work. Some people their are biased, they treat other people not good like bullying. Aside from that they pay you good

Assembler (Former Employee) –  Blenheim, ON22 November 2019
I would not recommend for anyone over 40. It very fast pace & you work with twenty years. For females if you like having long fingernails forgot it they will end up being short & your hands will be dry all the time & your hands will hurt.

Production Operator (Former Employee) –  Blenheim, ON20 November 2019
Worst place ever that I worked at. Hated every minute I was there. Supervisors were unprofessional, seemed like they just walked off the street with no people skills. Most employees good to work with but clicky....

Director (Current Employee) –  Canada15 November 2019
Nice people, great culture. Company has been around for over 40 years and is always innovating. There are a lot of opportunities for people who have great ideas and want to be part of a winning team.

Toxic and Bully environemnt
Manager (Current Employee) –  Woodbridge, ON7 November 2019
Toxic environment where is OK for the director to humiliate, yells and threat managers in the shop floor, HR director and manager protect or ignore this behavior that breach "safe work place Policy"
Incompetent leadership from USA- lack of strategy in the plant and blames "Canadian Culture" for the bad results generated for the poor project management.
Plant Manager scared to say something again a director.
Boys club that protect and cover their meritocracy as they only know this company.
Great people in the floor to work with, willing to move the factory forward.
great vision from the owners to innovate.

Chemical Handler / Production Worker (Former Employee) –  Blenheim, ON4 November 2019
Youre nothing more than a number. They will work you every second of every day there. Management is completly lost in communication and have zero respect for employees as human beings and theie basic human rights although theybwill tell you that you are family to them. STAY AWAY !!!!!!

It is not a terrible place to work. Production manager is the problem. Morale of floor workers has dropped tremendously since he started there. Management treats you like youre a nobody for the most part

‘Light assembly’ = slave labour
FIP (Former Employee) –  Blenheim, ON9 September 2019
Nothing light about anything here. Prepare to be physically broken. Base pay rate is $14.70 - max is $15.50. If you wanna work in the auto industry and destroy your body, find someplace that pays $20/hour. Your happiness and physical well-being is worth more than $14.70/hour.

Wages need to increase
FIP operator (Former Employee) –  Blenheim, ON28 August 2019
$14.70 day shift with $0.40 premium for afternoon and $0.80 for midnight. When applying on here, job posting stated $15.50 to start, with $2.00 premium for midnight shift. Lots of confusion and false info from the beginning of the hiring process. The expected speed to do certain jobs is just unrealistic for the pay wage. The amount of stress placed on your neck, back, shoulders, and legs is just silly for the salary. 1 year of employment starting Jan 1 before you can get vacation days - expectation of no sick days/call ins. Just not a great place to work. You will physically destroy yourself for chump change

Good company to work for. Lots to learn in this company. Great people in the company. However, the unions ruin the atmosphere in many of the plants.
Pros
Great People
Cons

Not a fun place
cannot disclose (Current Employee) –  Canada31 July 2019
Great place to lean divide a rule politics and heaven for Indian national. No job security, no information sharing among colleagues, managers and directors use team mates against each other and created a losing job fear factor. Qualified, experienced and long serving employees are either demoralized or terminated and are replaced with unqualified persons to keep better control. Local Canadian candidates are ignored, unqualified or relatives are being hired directly from India, surprisingly HR is also supporting this type of strategy. Favoritism is at its peak.

Not a good place to work , very hot management dosen't care about you . Some of the people that work there with more seniority think they run the show
GM, Honda, Chrysler and Lexus (Current Employee) –  Whitby, ON22 July 2019
Not worth the time working here . Next to nothing for training . Management doesn't care about you . If you want overtime you have to take it in increments of 4 hour blocks . Forced mandated overtime on the weekend because of line going down all the time . When something breaks they use the band aid solution on everything . Corporate won't pay to have anything replaced when needed . Very low morale

Productive and fun workplace with apt experience for helping autistic children
Participated as Student Volunteer (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON2 May 2019
Friendly and enjoyable workplace with encouraging colleagues. A lot of experience was gained by interacting and helping autistic children in their day to day activities. The hardest part of the job was to manage time of the children with their other activities and the motivational factor needed to push them to pursue their work.

Horribly managed
Production Worker (Former Employee) –  Blenheim, ON31 March 2019
The wage is bad, the management is horrible, the pase is too fast and work stations are overloaded and the shift work (switch shifts every 2 weeks) is terrible on your mind and body. The quality department is non existent and is plagued with constant quality issues daily that do not get resolved. I would not recommend this employer to anyone.
Pros
Overtime
Cons
Poorly run, poor wage, shift work, horrible quality dept
