Worst place to work

Worst LTC to work. Management is the worst in this place. Please stay away . This place does not respect staff or residence. Management is all about them selfs. Pay is the not too good

Excellent building and envirnment

A good place to work. It has very good communication with TTC. The staff is cooperative. Pay is low, so employees are not so sincere to serve the utmost. Good pay is required for a quality service.

Easy going environment

While work in LTC is always busy busy, with no exception here, the atmosphere is laid back. It is great that residents don't feel rushed. Resident culture is preserved well here.

An horrible place to work, a disaster!!!

The workload is crazy and the pay is not enough. The working hours are never-ending. Also the whole management is totally incapable and absent. Nobody knows his own job there, they just are bouncing the problems one to another without resolve anything. any little request before being processed take months!!! A lot of politics, zero tolerance and care regarding worker's issues or problems. I didn't receive any orientation or help from anybody, a gossip place and absolutely absence of competence and notion. Horrible Nursing home for workers and residents. Not Recommended at all!!
