Lots of friendly co-workers but unfortunately not very busy. Not much chance of making a good commission. Low-volume service department. Poor operating system.

learned how to answer phones and book people in for oil changes, i think that the hardest part was learning how to book people in for service but after a couple of days it came to me.

Good Place to work.

A place to work with a friendly environment and good commissions to earn. The sales traffic was low as it is all about selling cars. The Used car inventory was not very appealing as that is the main part of a dealership to make money in sales.

Free Saturday Lunches.
Cons
Long hours of work and less sales traffic.
