One word.... FAVOURITISM.
Bullying and too much management not enough front line staff.
Shortly after a VP was hired that was laid off from company X many directors/managers were also hired from company X. They built their own little empire within the company. These directors/managers are protected by the VP, if you land a job reporting to one of these managers you will be working in a very unfair environment. It won’t take long to see who is protected and who isn’t.
New management destroyed the work environment, they are all just under qualified bullies.
It is supposed to be about core values , being all in, participate, openess, but that doesn't get you very far. Especially if you don't follow the new management views.
