Big corporate
I had a rewarding experience at my previous corporate firm. The supportive environment and opportunities for growth were impressive. My time at the corporate firm was marked by excellent teamwork, professional development, and a strong commitment to success.

Interesting projects and good talent
Lots of smart engineers. Can learn a lot and good opportunities to grow. Workload goes up and down like most consulting companies. Sucks when there aren't big projects to work on.

poor management, no support or training
no training provided, no support, left on your own to figure out your job, lack of communication, unstable work environment, large organization with very poor management support. Mangers don't know the internal systems. No team to collaborate with, left on your own
