Not recommended
This site has had a lot of staff in and out the door. They are under staff in all departments. The fleet is getting old. You are required to work statutory holidays and plenty of forced overtime. Due to the staffing issue most of the truck come back to the yard full so you can imagine what it smell like. No matter how hard you work and a good employee, in the end your just an number to Waste Management and they will not hesitate disciplining you over any mistake. Route Manager in Ontario
