What would you suggest WJS Canada management do to prevent others from leaving?

8 answers

  • Admit when management has made a poor decision and reverse it instead of doubling down on a bad investment.

  • Engage of a culture of support instead of bullying. Management is severely disconnected from their staff

  • Be accountable for their own short comings. Currently they will scapegoat someone not in their favor. Management needs to have the same rules apply to all employees, currently their are very different standards for each employee depending on whether a director is targetting you unfairly. Management needs to understand burnout is a reality...they talk the talk but when you express all you get is a push to speak with a councilor.

  • Make person served and employees priority, give management proper training or hire competent employees

  • Help your employees grow. Take their issues seriously and support them rather than reprimanding them when they come forward with their complaints. Hire management that follow the culture, values and mission of WJS and rid those who refuse to. Look at the people you serve not as more money in your wallets; the people need to know you care about their personal wellbeing.

  • More opportunities for team work

  • Treat staff with fairness, respect and quit being corrupt!

  • Incentives, better training, management.
