Fair
Good company to start with, but not for long time term. The pay is just fair for starting but the increase is unbelievable, .44cents increase in a year of working w/ them is not fair.

Great place
The company is great. Great benefits. Management is approachable. There is a room for growth but if you reach the supervisor you will hit the wall. The only way you move up is to moved to other site and applied for a management role or get in on the mother company and be part of the project team.

Easy enough workplace; Management makes or breaks it big time
Speaking only as an Equipment Operator, the various work stations EOs rotate through are easy enough to get the hang of and run. The work itself is fast-paced, you have to be quick on your feet to keep the system running smoothly and hit your production goals, but this is usually not a big problem.

Breaks are spaced out nicely, and make the day go by quicker, coworkers come to be great friends, and the company provides for all your work-related clothing and then some.

The real problem comes down to management. Depending on who your team leads are will determine whether this is an easy paycheck, or a nightmare you want to escape from.

There is little-to-no room for advancement if you start as an EO; At our site, Management (Team Leads & I.T.) is a very close-knit group who play favorites with a select few people and they cover for one another religiously. It's hard to determine whether the Site Manager is oblivious to this or is part of the problem. For the most part, you're not a person, you are a number, a grunt, and a scapegoat for all of management's woes. You are treated like an incompetent buffoon who surely must be the cause of anything that goes wrong in the system. However, if you are one who faithfully kisses the boss' behinds at every opportunity, you'll be able to get away with anything you want: Extra-long breaks (double to triple the time limit), having write-ups swept under the rug, if you exceed your point limit--8 points gets you fired--you'll still be fine (I've seen people who had over DOUBLE the point limit still working and even bragging about it),

Pros
Good Benefits, Adequate Pay, Company-Provided Clothing
