One of the best jobs I have ever had with a very relaxed atmosphere. The management was fantastic and always helpful in trying to improve the workplace as well as the employees. The only downfall to this job came when the client that i was hired to work for dropped there contract and me as well as 500 other employees lost our jobs. would highly recommend as a short term job.

-Management consistently lies to the client and employees.
-Didn't get paid for the first 2 months. Lump sum eventually came

-Tried to get the team to work on-call for free

-Local employees were good, team located in India is lazy and poorly trained and will pass their work off on you on a regular basis

-Pay was decent, but the issues made it depressing and frustrating

This was a difficult job and most of the training staff tried to make it easier. Unfortunately, they could not pay their employees on time because the company is run from India. And then they would underpay what was already late. The people are generally in a horrible mood due to the stress of working at a call center and no one is willing to make a difference in anything. If you take this job, do it because nothing else has worked out.

- Important things change far too often, for example; Pay Periods, Bonus structures, Scheduling, Dress Code, and various protocols used for troubleshooting.
- The enjoyable part of being a Wipro employee is my colleagues, everyone gets along great and we all help each other out.

good company, bad parent contract provider.
show up, handle phone calls, go home.

i learned that some cell phone providers care little for their customers and more about their stock prices.


the manager i had was the best person i have worked under in my entire employed history.

hardest part of the job was ignorant people telling us how things should and expecting other people to do their leg work.


best part of the job was that when it was slow, and if you were able to keep your evaluations above a certain point, you were free to do what you wanted between phone calls and during pro-longed hours of down time.
