Follow standards on teaching, coaching and promotion with the required responsibility of admin, teachers, custodial, trades, etc. follow required meal time and proper feeding. Meet up all if needed.

  • Use practices and methods of good administrators who I worked under; And follow and work towards staff and student cohesion. Include families and community, promote excellent, solid educational quality as well as staff creativity and flexibility. Support staff.

  • Follow standards on promotion, separate area of responsibilty of admin, teachers, custodial, trades, etc., check budget and expenses.

  • Homeowners and renters should pay equal/ or appropriate educ. tax.
    Close monitoring of school supplies to prevent wastage, or reduce educ. tax and let each individual student bring his/her school supplies so they'll learn responsibility to economize. Stop the breakfast and lunch feeding programs and free snacks in schools; people are taking advantage of this and it's teaching parents to be irresponsible by not feeding their children breakfast before school time and not preparing them snacks and lunches. Set up cafeteria to be run by lunch program people and sell nutritious foods to students. Be done by advanced notice to parents and by prior arrangement.
