I feel like they don’t care about home care workers

Good job.
Enjoy the work and practicing as a CNS. Good team to work with. Leadership tried their best. Can be stressful at times (as is all health care) but manageable.
Pharmacist in Winnipeg, MB
on 27 October 2022
Diverse clinical practice
There is plenty of opportunity to advance and diversify your practice when it comes to pharmacy at this site. There are many different clinical areas where clinical pharmacists can practice and specialize, with plenty of support from management and the department of pharmacy to further your education with advanced degrees, board certification, and obtaining your expanded prescribing.
Families First Home Visitor in Winnipeg, MB

Very structured workplace
As a government organization, there is a ton of bureaucracy. Program decisions are made top down with little input from front line staff. More time will be spent on paperwork than actually working with clients.
