Not a great organization. HR is hard to talk to , not helpful. The people who are new are not trained right and do not give good service

Very structured workplace
As a government organization, there is a ton of bureaucracy. Program decisions are made top down with little input from front line staff. More time will be spent on paperwork than actually working with clients.What would you say about your employer?
