Great people, long hours
Stadium operations (Former Employee) –  Winnipeg, MB1 November 2018
the co-workers were great, but the hours and some tasks were ridiculous at times. they did pay over time so sometimes the long hours were worth it, and often when you worked long hours they gave you free food

Treated like a robot
Kitchen (Former Employee) –  Winnipeg, MB29 August 2018
Treat you like bad, not enough hours, degrade you and make you feel bad if you do something wrong. Cuts your hours if you mess up, not well organized and rude people
Pros
Free lunch
Cons
Not fun place to work

As long as you can handle working very long hours you will do well. The staff and players are very friendly. The part is not great, but there are many benefits to working there!
Pros
Free lunch sometimes, season tickets, get to see every Football game or concert
Cons
Long hours

Too disorganized & mismanaged
Merchandiser (Former Employee) –  Winnipeg, MB25 June 2016
For the most part , prepare to be demeaned and belittled for little pay .. Had its moments but needs to be organized better and treat staff like humans instead of machines..
Pros
Meeting players

Sort of Productive.
Housekeeper (Former Employee) –  Winnipeg, MB7 August 2014
Working at the football club was good work always busy during the daytime. I learned to work accordingly to supervision, but supervisor is not really experienced enough to work with. she will ask about your family history and then use it against you. she likes to steal from other business area's and talk about the management personal issues, she lacks of communication and talks about you behind your back. so as soon as them management get rid of her. it will be very easy and work will be more productive.
hardest part is the management lets her decides as to what she says, the enjoyable part is when she is not working that day.
Pros
free lunch only on Fridays when availible
Cons
long hours during games. lack of communication from supervisor
