For the most part , prepare to be demeaned and belittled for little pay .. Had its moments but needs to be organized better and treat staff like humans instead of machines..

Meeting players

Lack of credible leadership

Sort of Productive.
Housekeeper (Former Employee) –  Winnipeg, MB7 August 2014
Working at the football club was good work always busy during the daytime. I learned to work accordingly to supervision, but supervisor is not really experienced enough to work with. she will ask about your family history and then use it against you. she likes to steal from other business area's and talk about the management personal issues, she lacks of communication and talks about you behind your back. so as soon as them management get rid of her. it will be very easy and work will be more productive.
hardest part is the management lets her decides as to what she says, the enjoyable part is when she is not working that day.
Pros
free lunch only on Fridays when availible
Cons
long hours during games. lack of communication from supervisor
