Assistant Manager Merchandise (Former Employee) – Stratford, ON – 13 February 2019
A great company to work for as an associate but as soon as you climb the ranks and get into management it does become apparent that if you have any morals at all that they will be a detriment to your position.
great staff discount percentages throughout the year
low work life balance once into management unless you are fine with it
I was able to meet a lot of new faces and cultures.
sales associate (Former Employee) – West Vancouver, BC – 8 September 2019
I thought Winners was a overall good job, but it just wasn't for me. I liked the fact that I could meet so many different people. The management team there was treating me very well and it seemed like they were very organized. There wasn't anything that I found particularly hard other then first learning how to work the cashier.
