management is good, job is okay

As a sales associate, you can expect to be loaded with tasks. The work atmosphere is often stressful and it is hard to enjoy work when management and coworkers are calling for help all around the store due to them constantly being understaffed.
The management tries their best to be accommodating to employees and would be a great student job, due to the hours.
This job includes heavy lifting, janitorial duties (such as cleaning washrooms) as well as, monthly mandatory quizzes and of course, traditional associate duties.

I like working here
Part time associate (Current Employee) –  Vernon, BC19 September 2019
If your looking for a decent part time job i recomend working here. But the hours dwindle down hard during non-seasonal times. At my store management is great and they keep a very open schedual which is very changeable according to my personal needs.
