doesn't matter how hard you work you'll still get paid minimum wage. but I worked for almost 2 years, loved my management but they can cut your hours too.

Working at this location has been great. I have learned a lot from the managers and have worked my way up from part-time to a Co-ordinator position. It is a fast paced store that requires me to prioritize what I am doing and try to get it done in my time allotted.

Nothing much to write. Lotsa of favourites. Managers are rude and pretend a lot which is dumb because they are dealing with real people. They can be inconsiderate especially if u not well.

My time at winners was not all that bad. when I first started working for tjx it was fun, great people and a fun environment but as time passed I started to notice the lack of qualifications most of the managers and associates had. Most of the managers don't care for their job or even doing great work, they are prejudice and will discriminate against the colour of your skin and single you out. All but one of the coordinators are only there to get paid and not work, they are lazy and unprofessional. last but not least, the associates are by far the worst place to work at

Typical day would include, helping customers to find their desired products, informing them them on any promotions that are going on in the store, and stocking merchandising.

I've worked at Winners for 2 years now and it is my favourite position by far. The staff are very friendly, and the managers are flexible. The company itself is very open and inclusive. Overall a pleasant experience working here.

The culture of this institution is Customer-driven. In addition, there is a great focus on training and development for all levels of staff. The benefits here were the best I have gotten in retail.

typical days are surrounded by screaming kids, prissy customers and insensitive managers. your back and feet will be in constant pain that no one will actually care about, least of all the higher ups, just as long as you are getting your work done. expectations are higher than you'd expect and hopefully you can afford the medication to deal with the stress. its a good temp job but i would never advice anyone to stay longer than 3 months if they value themselves.

Management is friendly and helpful. Typical day in my position can be frustrating sometimes as it gets very busy most days. Everyone working there gets a long and are happy. Hardest part of job for me is not having enough staff on and closing the store then opening the next day. Very hard....barely enough time to sleep.

I started about a month ago as a part time, they train very well, organized, easy to jump in to work right after training. peaple are very kind and nice, each departments are also well organized.
