You ask your staff to say absolutely to customers and requests ... meanwhile certain owners and management play favouritism to BOH and make it impossible to have a cooperative environment where both FOH and BOH work together to resolve issues and complaints aren’t reported through the chain of command solely through ownership and communication is not awarded to those who may need to voice their concerns... eg he said she said and strong actions are taken without any regard to investigating the entirety of the situation
