Service Management sucks, she literally thinks everything is about her, can’t solve problems, can’t teach/train prob b/c she’s ignorant. gets involved in everything Overall bad experience ... people are cool though S/o to parts, techs, and sales. Oh yeah, the secretary is a joke. I’m not sure if they passed highschool.

I love working here, obviously in car sales there is the occasional slow month but this is a dealership that has continued to expand and add tools to allow us to sell more. If you have an interest in selling cars and want to be part of a great family environment where everyone is treated fairly this is the place. Turn over was previously an issue but has been addressed and everyone enjoys their time here. Worst part of the job is some customers can be difficult to deal with but we all have grown into a culture of helping each other out in these situations and I can honestly say I went from liking my job to loving it in recent years.

Very unorganized. No job security, horrible management, bonus plan structure is unattainable and below standard wages. You’re expected to lie to customers, work overtime and through lunch/breaks with no compensation. Never paid overtime. Very high rate of employee turn over. So if you like being overworked with no extra pay and zero job satisfaction or gratitude this is the place for you. 👎🏼👎🏼

Owner is absent, abrasive and aggressive. Impossible to have a productive conversation. Overtime is expected, without pay. Life/Work balance is nil. Disorganized work environment. Revolving door of employees.

Current employee for a few years now. The management has always been easy to work with they listen to suggestions and try to make it a great place to work. I have found salaries to be very competitive with yearly raises and reviews.

No disrespect intended. I worked for this company for almost a year and I required therapy after. The owner is fake and he has his old wife who tries to act young but is clearly not and she is deceiving. The only people that work there is their own family as they have burned so many people, no one will work for them. Kiniving, belittling treatment and you will never ever be trained on anything.

Family business with dishonest approach to its own employees

This is a family business. Dealer principal, office manager and the business manager are all family. Needless to say you’ll be cut short on your deals and sometimes your own customers have them stolen from you. The business manager has no sales or people skills. He ruins prospects or almost done deals out of his ineptitude to relate to customers. If you love car sales and being honestly and properly paid for, look somewhere else.
