Inherited and operated by three brothers with no real world work experience. Employee turnover is high, partly because of their condescending silver spoon nature, and their reluctance to compensate workers fairly.

No raises, or encouragement, no matter how many goals you hit and exceed, or how long you have been there. Anytime a raise was given, - more... it was because the employee threatened to quit.

Bonuses are a joke, and not based on performance, or profits. You receive $100 minus deductions at the end of each year.
