Over worked staff not enough one on one time with Residence . HCA ARE

HCA Are underpaid, under appreciated. They run there staff to the bone and it takes away from the residents . They have you work 2 floors alone . Expect you to have 13 cares done in about an hour on your own . Which takes away from the level of care residents should be getting. Management is not supportive of staff when you ask for help because of you - more... feel your residents are not getting the time they need you are made to feel that you are not doing your job and. Only place that considers hard workers as a negative - less
