How long does it take to get hired from start to finish at Wilsons Gas Stops? What are the steps along the way?
I dropped off a resume and was called the following day for an interview in a few days time. After the interview, I was called and offered the job 3 days later.
Not good. They need alot of work with their area managers. The one I worked at could not keep staff because of the stress of the job because it wasn't run properly
If you were in charge, what would you do to make Wilsons Gas Stops a better place to work?
There are monthly management meetings, where head office tries to learn more about the inner workings of the store by talking to managers. In my experience, managers are the main issue, so these meetings solve nothing. It would be better if there was more contact between the higher ups and the people who do all the grunge work. In less than three years, I've had 5 different managers and no opportunities for me to move up.
How are you at handling challenges? Can you stay calm under pressure? What's your strengths and weaknesses and why do you think this
The work environment at Esso is great all ways friendly people and the workers are like family here
